Considering the converging lens of our volunteers, it was possible to bring definitions collaboratively in order to build our institutional material, and we better understand who we are, how we position ourselves in the market and our goals in the short, medium and long term.

Users & Volunteers
Before moving on to the Mission, Vision and Values we need to create a context for our ideas. It is important to understand our point of view of how we understand users, what are their barriers, pains and fears, as well as their desires and needs.
Our goal here is not to create a false user bias, but to understand our expectations about them, in addition to creating behavioral hypotheses where we can confirm them in the future.
Users

digital product
Pain: Unfriendly platforms for the community, products with poor usability
Qualification of professionals
Pain: Not finding professionals who understand their reality, as an LGBTQ+ person and not being able to use a service (financial issue or lack of professionals). There is no qualification of professionals for the community. People who care and understand the complexity of our community.
social impact
Pain: Prejudice, discrimination, trans/homophobia, leading to poor physical and mental health, weakening the community, erasing identities.
Opportunity: Our user is looking for a simple, easy to use and safe product. It is important that the platform is both financially accessible and inclusive.
Opportunity: A secure platform to find trained professionals who welcome the community.
Our client can evaluate the professionals.
We have to direct the professional towards a good service.
Opportunity: Enable our customers' access to safe and friendly service
Volunteers
pains
Pain: Time, lack of technical knowledge and lack of knowledge about the LGBTQIA+ community lack of knowledge about our project.
Qualification of professionals
Pain: Improve technical knowledge. Contribute to the community in a positive way.
Opportunity: Internal communication actions. General onboarding and for each area. workshops for team integration and training. Newsletter. Easily accessible documentation.
Opportunity: Create goals and show them
how we are evolving and how we will impact our community.
Create a delivery plan based on what the volunteer knows and what he wants to learn.
social impact
Pain: Volunteers want to contribute in some way to the community, especially for people in vulnerable situations from lower social classes where health (specialized or not) is not enough.
Opportunity: Knowing our audience, gathering data on the vulnerability of our community, defining “types” of vulnerability, being transparent about the social range we are targeting at the moment.
Mission vision values
Mission, Vision and Values are three fundamental factors for the preparation of a Strategic Plan and, more than that: these definitions are important because they serve as guidelines for all decisions to be taken by managers on a daily basis. They will serve as a basis for defining behaviors, and should make it very clear which way to go, and where the company intends to go.
Mission

First, a planning horizon of 3 or 5 years is defined? How would you like your company to be at the end of this period?

In the answer above, would it be possible to determine some kind of evaluation indicator and numerical goals that could be achieved in this period of time?
After that, we prepare a statement containing the objective(s) that the company will achieve during the period.

Person
Attitudes
He speaks
A friendly, casual and respectful person, who always brings lightness and good humor to everyday situations. In serious and tense moments it tends to be diplomacy
caring for the community.
Innovation and boldness are also part of his personality and he always seeks to be ahead of needs
A caring person who inspires confidence and security.
In his speech there is always empathy, ethics and acceptance. An intelligent person who always brings his information very well based on facts.

Attention point
The word genuine was repeated a few times at this point, which shows that there is a gap of companies that genuinely position themselves as LGBTQIAP+ and not just as a gimmick to gain public
Suggestion of intensity of dominant characteristics
